    The Release Manager must analyze the Release And Deployment Management Report and identify opportunities if any in the Release And Deployment Management process.
    In addition, any complaints or escalations in this process must also be considered for identifying improvements. The Release Manager must also look for opportunities for optimizing the overall release and deployment process, to enable error free and faster releases. In some cases, inputs from the improvement opportunities for Release And Deployment Management may also extend to actions in the Change Management process stream.

    The Release Manager must work along with the Engagement Manager on the improvement suggestion, track them to closure and evaluate the effectiveness of the same.
